I love this neighborhood and I'm glad that slowly but surely places that have some lasting ability and real value are popping up. LoHi has a great casual, yet refined atmosphere, good for an informal date, dinnner or drinks with a friend, or dinner for one at the bar.

The only carry over from the previous location is a good one, the dark n' stormy, which is an outstanding drink (ginger beer and Gosling's rum) and the national beverage of Bermuda. My steakhouse standard, Caesar salad and steak frites, were good-- I had the N.Y. Strip. I would have loved to see a ribeye on the menu, but the strip was cooked to the right temp with a nice char on it. The fries were exceptional.

Overall, it was a good functional menu and is a good addition to the neighborhood as a bar and restaurant for the locals to gather.

物質主義

アメリカでは物質主義者人がたくさんいます。アメリカ人の考えは一番いい買い物をすることです。この考えを英語で言うと、　のことです。アメリカは日本と違いアメリカ人はお金を全部を使うけど日本人はちょっと浪費家。そのけっか、日本人はお金をためるのでいっぱいあるけどアメリカ人はためない。アメリカ人は物質をもっていなければならないです。大学区制は真新しいファッションが一番重要です。私の様式が同じです。私はお金を全部が使うで物質です。自分の流行は本当に重要です。お金はぜんぜんためない。自分の車は本当におくなければならない、あとは毎月が真新しい衣類を買いましょう。物質は好きじゃない、ただいい買い物は好きです。つまり、私にはできない。

私は二十五才だから自分の大学でのけいけんはちょっと違います。大学に加えて、私はせんもんしょくの人です。大学の休みは仕事にいくはずだよ。仕事に対する大学はおもしろいです。私の専攻は国際事情、それから政治の地理学をせんもんとします。来年私は卒業式がある、そうだとよいとおもう。卒業式の後で世界旅行行きたいです. アメリカでは大学にいくに機会がほとんど皆あります、だけど普通はお金持ち人がいきます。アメリカではたくさんの大学がある、だけど本は高いです。大学にねだんをつけるのは大きな問題なります。未来は皆さんはだいがくいってほっしいです。

In America materialism is very important to kids of all ages. College age students, like myself, are concerned with diesel jeans, sunglasses, ipods, and what kind of car to drive. The idea in America is buy whatever you can afford and often times buying on credit. Very few young people save money, the tendency is to spend all disposalble income on material goods. I spend a lot of money on going out to new restaurants, but i usually only go clothes shopping once every two months or so. My car is expensive, but I see it as a neccesity.

今はアメリカの家族が違うから昔のときです。今は男と女性が結婚することができます。アメリカに五十パーセント結婚は離婚を終わらせます。アメリカでは女性はもっと仕事するからだいたい家族はほんど重要でなくなります。アメリカでは父親が仕事でいそがしため、いつも家にいないことが多い。アメリカのテイーンエジャーはぜんぜん監督しないからひこうはおきな問題になりました。監督しない時は子どもが勉強することができない。テイーンエジャーはいつもアルバイトがする。だから高校は橙校拒否がおきいな問題なりましだ。だいたいテイーンエジャーは友達のプレッシャーために麻薬をやってみる。アメリカの家族はほんどに重要ないい家族じゃない。たくさん問題がある。
