I love this neighborhood and I'm glad that slowly but surely places that have some lasting ability and real value are popping up. LoHi has a great casual, yet refined atmosphere, good for an informal date, dinnner or drinks with a friend, or dinner for one at the bar.

The only carry over from the previous location is a good one, the dark n' stormy, which is an outstanding drink (ginger beer and Gosling's rum) and the national beverage of Bermuda. My steakhouse standard, Caesar salad and steak frites, were good-- I had the N.Y. Strip. I would have loved to see a ribeye on the menu, but the strip was cooked to the right temp with a nice char on it. The fries were exceptional.

Overall, it was a good functional menu and is a good addition to the neighborhood as a bar and restaurant for the locals to gather.
